Magic Kingdom

Biographie :
Groupe belge de heavy symphonique formé en 1998.
Le groupe a été formé en 1998 par le guitariste Dushan Petrossi. Il est à noter que le groupe IRON MASK est la suite de MAGIC KINGDOM. Leur premier album, "The Arrival", a été mis en vente en 1999 et il a reçu d'excellentes critiques. Toutefois, ils ont eu plusieurs problèmes avec leur ancienne compagnie, Music Avenue/Roadrunner. Pour cette raison, nous avons été obligé d'attendre 4 ans avant d'avoir un nouvel album. Leur deuxième album, "Metallic Tragedy", a été mis en vente en 2004. L'album avait été enregistré deux ans avant la sortie et puisque Dushan ne voulait pas attendre les résultats de la cour, il a composé quelques chansons instrumentales. Au début 2002, Lion Music s'est montré intéressé au nouvel album de MAGIC KINGDOM et au nouveau projet de Dushan, IRON MASK. La couverture du deuxième opus de MAGIC KINGDOM a été réalisée par Leo Hao (ICED EARTH, BLIND GUARDIAN). L'ancien chanteur de AT VANCE a fait une prestation spéciale sur deux chansons. Ce deuxième opus, "Metallic Tragedy", a été mis en vente en 2004. Pour la fin de 2004 et en 2005, ils ont travaillé sur le troisième album de MAGIC KINGDOM.

Toutefois, il y a eu des changements dans la formation. Tout d'abord, le claviériste Aymeric Ribot a remplacé Frederik Donche et le batteur Chris Hoffbauer a été remplacé par Anton Arkhipov.

Mon album préféré est : "Symphony of War".
C'est un groupe qui fait penser à Dragon Force sous certains aspects et à Rhapsody, je ne vous dis que ça ! Ils sont très peu connus donc si vous pouvez en faire de la pub autour de vous ce serait sympa.

tiens je connais ce groupe..... Ha oui !! cela tournait dans la platine de mon fils !!
